Certification in IT/ Diploma or equivalent Qualification.
• Fluency in English. – Proficiency in Personal Computer Including Hardware Maintenance as necessary.
• Proficiency in MICROSOFT, WINDOWS operating systems, patch management and compliance.
• Maintaining Confidentiality.
• Manage and maintain track of company information and assets.
• Team working ability and organizations skills.

• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Ability to provide Level 1and Level 2 end user support.
