Our Expectations

• A degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized University.
• A candidate with an academic background in Psychology, International Relation / Public Relation would be an added advantage.
• Desire to learn and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizing and planning skills with the ability to work independently and target-oriented.
• Good personality and perseverance to ensure the deliverables whilst demonstrating interdependent skills.
• Characteristics and behaviour needed to meet the challenges in Business.
• A high performer with an outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Be a good team player.

Candidates below 25 years of age with a passion for a challenging career who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply. Selected applicants will be trained for a period of one year and will be paid an attractive allowance during the training period. Upon successful completion of the training period, the applicants will be appointed to a suitable position based on their performance and company cadre requirements.
